ANNUAL CATHOLIC APPEAL |

The Shrine of St. Bernadette Annual Catholic Appeal committee coordinates the parish fund-raising effort that supports the various ministries of the Archdiocese of Santa Fe. |

COFFEE AND DOUGHNUTS |
|
| |
Coffee and doughnuts are served after most Sunday morning Masses. Various parish ministries take turns hosting this function. The hosting of coffee and doughnuts gives the host ministry the opportunity to share information concerning the ministry’s activities and to recruit new members. |

COMMUNICATIONS |
|
| |
The Communications Ministry prepares all official correspondence for the Parish. This ministry is also responsible for the Parish Bulletin. |
|

|
|
| |
FINANCE COUNCIL |
|
| |
The Shrine Finance Council plays a collaborative role in overseeing the finances of the parish along with the Rector and Finance Manager. Members are called to encourage, support and advise the Rector in all major financial and business matters. As good stewards, they are responsible for presenting the annual financial report to the faithful and to be available to support the Rector and Finance Manager if questions arise. |

KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS |

The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic gentlemen’s organization dedicated to helping the Church, widows, veterans, and mentally challenged children. The Knights are divided into Councils which assist with the needs of the parishes to which they are assigned. |

| |
MEN IN FELLOWSHIP |
|
| |
This ministry promotes fellowship among men in the parish. It also assists the pastor and other ministry heads in various projects as needed. |
|

|
|
| |
MONEY COUNTERS |
|
| |
The Parish Money Counters count and record all monetary income received by the Shrine of St. Bernadette on a weekly basis. All income is recorded by account number, reported to the Parish Comptroller, and promptly deposited in the Parish bank account. |

SHRINE MINISTRY |
|
| |
Members of the Society of Saint Bernadette share in the privileges and responsibilities of fostering a true devotion to our patroness and Our Lady of Lourdes. Each member joyously contributes his/her talents in order to promote, educate, initiate, formulate, encourage interest and sustain projects, fulfilling the needs of the parish community. |
